wouldn't beserk represent the sword's bloodlust better?

Did he really regenerate?

Apart from that, what a pussy! I'd take him on...

I don't think Berserkers can cast spells can they Shocked ? Eek, never encountered it before.

Regenerate represents Stormbringer sucking souls....... Razz

clever thinking obs, thats how ccf should be used; with due care to relevant fluff

I don't remember a rule that says berserkers can't cast spells. If there is such a rule then it should be removed.

i disagree with kaz; there's no way a frothing beserk maiac should be able to concentrate long enough to cast a spell

What about orcs and goblins from WFB? Spells don't have to be scholarly, they can be raw emotion, pure power unleashed in a fury.

Think about wizards vs sorcerers in DnD, think charter and free magic in the old kingdom series. There doesn't have to be a single way to cast spells, there can be multiple methods in the same world.

If it's raw emotion then he should have to make some sort of random roll each turn or be forced to cast a spell if he wants to or not... or be forced to lose a number of wounds equal to his remaining power points...

I'd use your Elric stats for my Melnibonean army any day!
Another day, another project...

Alas old chap, haven't had the chance to.

I had the vague idea that making representations of legendary fictional characters like Elric and changing the name to........Cullich of Xnibone, might be a good way to entice players - but its a very fanboy thing to do.

Fearsome?
Is it too powerful?
Should it be tied to base size and wounds before it can kick in and be effective against an opponent?

I don't think Fearsome is too powerful when applied to Elric. I'd be scared s***less if I were faced by a skinny manic looking vampire-like albino with red eyes and a huge broadsword with a mind of its own that moaned!
